How many LIVE classes are offered per week?

Can I still do the workouts if I do not have equipment?

Yes! We give options for light, medium, and heavy weights using household items if you do not have equipment at home. We also offer bodyweight only workouts.

How much space do I need for the workout?

Each workout is designed so you can do it easily at home, with the space you have. 6 x 9 feet is plenty of space, about the size of 2 yoga mats, or the equivalent to double your wingspan. Not much, let’s make it happen!

Do you have LF3 playlists we can play during the workout?

Yes, you can find all of our playlists in the Workout Beats section of the platform or here. All of our mixes are curated specifically for our different class styles. Access our playlists here so you can play them in the background while you workout.

How do I join a LIVE workout? Where is the zoom link?

As soon as you register for an online LIVE workout (class or PT session) the class/appointment will be added to your Fitness Dashboard.

  1. Head over to your Fitness Dashboard 10 minutes before your class start time.
  2. Select the Day your upcoming workout on your calendar.


-You will see a JOIN BUTTON next to your scheduled LIVE workout.
Remember, the Join Button will only appear 10 mins before the start of the class/appointment!

  1. Simply click this JOIN BUTTON and you will automatically join the workout and be added to the waiting room until the trainer admits you. Make sure you have your camera turned on and your microphone on mute. Get ready to crush the workout!

*If you do not see the JOIN BUTTON, please refresh your browser and you should see the button appear. This will be displayed 10 minutes before the start time.

What is a booking window

A Booking Window on LF3 Fit is defined as how much time in advance you can book your spot ahead of the class/appointment start time.

Hybrid All Access Membership, Class Packages: allows you to book classes up to 3 days in advance of the class start time [ie. You would be able to book a class at 7am Monday starting at 7am on Friday.]

You can also choose to purchase booking windows boosters to further extend your booking window by 24 hours at anytime which can also be stacked with the above membership/ class package booking windows. We are super excited to provide you with this additional flexibility when reserving your workouts for the week!

How do I book In-studio Classes

In-Studio Classes can be booked via the “Workouts and Classes” section on the left of your Fitness Dashboard, or by selecting the ‘New Booking’ Option on your Fitness Dashboard. Make sure you home studio schedule is selected when you go to book. You can also book Online classes here as well!

I have a membership, why am I being asked to pay a fee to reserve my spot?

What class time are you trying to book? Is this class time within your membership/class pack booking window?

If you are being asked to pay a fee to reserve your spot and you have a class pack or membership, it is because you are trying to book a class that is outside of your membership booking window.

LF3.Fit allows you to extend your booking window by paying a small fee per booking if you really want to snag your spot for a specific workout. The decision is yours to pay to extend your booking window or simply wait until your booking window opens.

How are you personalizing my LF3 Experience in studio?

Each member will have their own equipment (chosen ahead of time by ability level), a fresh towel and a 40 sqft training area reserved for each workout. There will be no sharing of equipment or moving to different areas of the studio during the class. All equipment will be thoroughly sanitized before and after every session.

Do I need to make an appointment before coming into the studio?

Yes, everyone entering the studio must have a reservation for a personal training session, class or other appointment type so we can control the traffic at the studio to keep everyone safe. We also want to ensure we know exactly who and when everyone is coming so we can be as prepared as possible.

What is your cancellation and no show policy in studio?

Please note that due to the limited availability of spots in each class we require a minimum of 12 hours notice prior to the class start time to cancel any class booking.

If you fail to cancel within 12 hours or do not show for a class, you will be automatically charged a $25 cancellation fee. We are preparing your station exclusively based on the questions you answered while scheduling your booking, so please be respectful of your fellow LF3 Team by showing up to all classes you register for or cancelling your attendance 12 hours in advance.

What is an Evolt360 intelligent bioscan?

The Evolt 360 is the world’s first intelligent bioscan and what we use at LF3 to track member progress and prescribe nutrition plans. Ditch the scale, great educated about your body and start tracking real results.

The more consistently you scan the better. We recommend that our members scan at least every 4 weeks. Scanning on the Evolt 360 is a critical component of ensuring your training and nutrition is aligned with your body composition goals.

The Evolt 360 Body Composition Analyzer, what we call the Intelligent Body Scanner, is a simple-to-use 60-second scan that provides detailed data about your body through more than 40 measurements. It works simply by passing a safe electrical current through the feet and hands.

The resistance to flow of the current determines the difference between muscle mass, fat mass, water and mineral — a measurement far beyond the one-size-fits-all generic BMI or a simple number on the scale. All readings are specific to the individual, allowing LF3 trainers to better design a health and wellness program and track your results.

I am not very techy, can I still do the workouts?

Yes, of course! We’ve made the LF3 LIVE & On-Demand platform as easy as possible to use. If you can check your email, you can easily get access to your training schedule and workouts. Plus we have an amazing support team who are available to help you out when you need it.

Which devices can I stream the LF3 LIVE & On Demand workouts on?

You can stream the LF3 LIVE workouts on any device with a strong internet connection – your phone, tablet, laptop, or TV! We recommend streaming the workouts on your TV for the best possible experience, but any device will get the job done.

Where can I find my invoices to submit for reimbursement?

Everything is available to you through the billing section of your profile on LF3 Fit. Head to https://lf3.fit/profile to access your payment history with LF3 Fitness.

What is this charge for? How to check your invoices on LF3 Fit

Please refer to the Billing tab in your user profile to see the detail of any transaction on LF3 Fit at https://lf3.fit/profile

From here you can download your invoices and receipts within your Subscriptions and Purchase History Tab. All transactions are fully detailed and transparent to make your life easy and submitting expenses to your employer a breeze!

If you are unable to open Lf3.fit on your mobile device, this is likely related to your device settings. Here are some quick tips and tricks to try:

– Please make sure the device has an active internet connection.

How do I book my classes on the new LF3 Platform?

To book your workouts (whether that be In-studio OR Online LIVE):

  1. Head over to your “WORKOUTS AND CLASSES” tab or select the ‘NEW BOOKING’ button from your Fitness Dashboard.
  2. Select ‘BOOK NOW’ beside the class date and time you wish to book.

How do I access the LIVE/On-Demand Libraries?

Access the LIVE and/or On-Demand Workout Libraries by heading over to ‘WORKOUTS & CLASSES’ tab and select the library of your choice on the right hand side.

What is a “Perk”?

Perks are new – these translate into your member benefits. You can check this section to check in on your booking window boosters, personal training sessions, class credits, Evolt360 scans, LF3 Balance and more!

What are the coloured circles in my calendar?

The coloured circles on your Fitness Dashboard indicate a class and/or event that you’ve scheduled. Hover over the circle to view the class/event title or, click on the event date to view more details on your booking.

How do I view my invoices/receipts?

To view your billing history:

  1. Navigate to your user profile by clicking the icon on the top right corner of your page.
  2. This will take you to your user profile. Within your user profile, select the ‘Billing’ Tab.

To upload a display picture:

  1. Navigate to your user profile by clicking the icon on the top right corner of your page.
  2. This will take you to your user profile. Select the ‘Profile Information’ drop down section, and click on ‘Select File’ to upload your new picture!

How do I bookmark lf3.fit on mobile so that it’s easily accessible from my home screen?

Follow the instructions below to add a shortcut to LF3.FIT on the home screen of your iPad, iPhone, or Android devices:

  1. Open Safari and head to lf3.fit
  2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of your screen to open the drop-down menu. *The share icon resembles an upwards-pointing arrow coming out of a box, and can be found along the bottom of the Safari window.
  3. Tap “Add to Home Screen, followed by “Add”.
