Full-Body Training Classes

Strong | Heavy

The purpose of Monday is to lift HEAVY! We want to focus on building strength throughout the workout. Movements are a little shorter in time, which can allow you to lift heavier and hit the designated rep and effort range of the day. Full-body strength.

Strong | Shred

If Hardcore + Strong has a baby…The goal of Wednesday is Strength, Conditioning & Power. We will pair strength exercises with dynamic/conditioning exercises to create the ultimate burn! We will be working at a higher output with our strength movements while increasing power and conditioning in our cardio movements! The ultimate combo for shredding fat and building lean muscle. Full-body strength and conditioning.

Strong | Reps

Get ready to torch calories with explosive movements and varied intervals. HARDCORE is a full-body circuit workout that pairs high-intensity interval training with dynamic movements for the ultimate sweat session. You’ll leave feeling exhausted but energized.

Move

A full-body traditional circuit, MOVE is a mix of core and cardio. You’ll see a wide range of technically challenging movements, often new ones, that will leave your body feeling nice and limber. This workout will leave you rejuvenated and excited to book your next class.

Hardcore

Get ready to torch calories with explosive movements and varied intervals. HARDCORE is a full-body circuit workout that pairs high-intensity interval training with dynamic movements for the ultimate sweat session. You’ll leave feeling exhausted but energized.

Specialty Classes

ABS & HIIT

High-intensity cardio intervals combined with ab work make this the perfect way to incinerate fat and expose your six-pack. Your abs will be on fire! This hyper-focused workout will light up your midsection having you pushing your limits with intervals and core sets to failure.

Upper Body Sculpt

Build lean muscle and strengthen your upper body with this upper body circuit. We take a targeted approach, lighting a fire in each muscle group. It’s going to burn so good! You’ll break a sweat and have very specific muscle soreness in your upper body afterwords.

Booty Builder

Build, lift, tighten and tone your glutes with this muscle burner. Booty Builder is a lower-body circuit that is hyper-focused on your legs and butt, setting them on fire as you move through the various movements. Sweating is a guarantee in this hyper-specific workout.

Bodyweight & Recovery/Mobility Classes

Bodyweight

Full body bodyweight circuit. Low Impact and perfect for members who are just getting back into working out. No equipment is necessary! Be prepared to break a sweat and feel good.

Mobility

Become a more resilient human as you learn how to move optimally through all ranges of motion. In this class, we’ll targeting specific muscle groups, leaving you feeling revitalized, restored, and reset. Expect to gain body awareness and control over your breathing.

Restore

In this full-body mobility circuit, you’ll focus on gaining more range and helping your body recover from all the hard work it’s been doing. Through movement and breathwork, you’ll restore your body to its optimal state, continuing on your journey to become more resilient.
