Each LF3 class incorporates a mixture of cardiovascular and resistance training that is never repeated twice. We’re all about keeping it new and exciting to keep you, and your body, on its toes. Our engaging staff and sense of camaraderie you’ll build with other members will keep you wanting to come back to LF3, again and again. Heads up! You won’t see machines in our studios. Strong | Heavy

The purpose of Monday is to lift HEAVY! We want to focus on building strength throughout the workout. Movements are a little shorter in time, which can allow you to lift heavier and hit the designated rep and effort range of the day. Full-body strength.

Strong | Shred

If Hardcore + Strong has a baby…The goal of Wednesday is Strength, Conditioning & Power. We will pair strength exercises with dynamic/conditioning exercises to create the ultimate burn! We will be working at a higher output with our strength movements while increasing power and conditioning in our cardio movements! The ultimate combo for shredding fat and building lean muscle. Full-body strength and conditioning.

Strong | Reps

Get ready to torch calories with explosive movements and varied intervals. HARDCORE is a full-body circuit workout that pairs high-intensity interval training with dynamic movements for the ultimate sweat session. You’ll leave feeling exhausted but energized.

Move

A full-body traditional circuit, MOVE is a mix of core and cardio. You’ll see a wide range of technically challenging movements, often new ones, that will leave your body feeling nice and limber. This workout will leave you rejuvenated and excited to book your next class.

Hardcore

Get ready to torch calories with explosive movements and varied intervals. HARDCORE is a full-body circuit workout that pairs high-intensity interval training with dynamic movements for the ultimate sweat session. You’ll leave feeling exhausted but energized.

Personal Training

We only employ the best movement practitioners to work in our facilities and deliver training programs. In addition to personalized group training programs, our trainers are also available for one-on-one sessions for increased focus on highly personalized and individual goals. We believe in providing REAL results for REAL people. You’ll always be in control and can go at your own pace, but your trainer will push you to accomplish more than you ever thought possible.
